Everything you need to know before adding your first form.

How does letterpost work?
Point your form’s action attribute at your letterpost endpoint. When someone submits the form, we check it for spam and forward the submission to your inbox. No backend code needed.
Is my e-mail address visible to visitors?
No. Your form only contains the endpoint URL, so your e-mail address never appears in your page’s source and can’t be harvested by bots.
Which static site generators are supported?
All of them. letterpost works with plain HTML forms, so Hugo, Jekyll, Eleventy, Astro, Next.js exports or a hand-written page all work the same way.
What happens when I reach my monthly submission limit?
We’ll let you know by e-mail before you get there. Submissions over the limit are stored but not forwarded until you upgrade or the next month starts, so nothing gets lost.
Can I cancel or change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Yearly plans are refunded pro rata.
Where is my data stored?
All submissions are stored on servers in the EU and processed in line with the GDPR. See our privacy policy for details.
